Once your order has been placed, it enters production.

Production time UK Deliveries: 2–5 business days

Production time USA Deliveries: 5–10 business days

During busy periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday or promotional events), production may take a little longer.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Items

As we work with different production partners, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, don't worry—your remaining items are still on their way.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.

Delayed Deliveries

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur that are outside of our control.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team and we'll investigate with the courier.
